Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator
Thank you for visiting my blog, I really do appreciate it and hope you like the project and will take a look at the video tutorial as well. I wanted to make this 2" x 2" cube box and I wanted a bow on the top. I have made a similar box but used the EPB (envelope punch board) to make the bow. Stampin' Up! no longer sell this so I wanted to work out a way to make this sort of bow without the EPB ... and I did it! I had dreamt it and needed to write it down very quickly before I forgot it!
Measurements and Materials
- Box Lid 6"x6`"
- Score @ 2" on all 4 sides
- Box Base 5 15/16" x 5 15/16"
- Score @ 2" on all 4 sides
- 5 panels of card stock
- 1 7/8`' x 1 7/8"
- 5 panels of Pattered paper (DSP)
- 1 3/4" x 1 3/4"
- Bow 1"x6"
- Score @ 1 1/4" - 3"
- Flip and score @ 1 1/4"
- Mark on each score line 3/8" from each side
- Punch using the Triple Banner Punch @ each score line with the marks at the point of the punch
- Centre of bow 1/4" x 1 1/4"
