InspireINK October Blog Hop: Card Sketch

Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator

Thank you for visiting my blog, I really do appreciate it. Today I am hopping with the InspireINK blog hop and this month we have a card sketch. I really liked this sketch and went on my own interpretation of it changing the circle to a cluster of elements to make this masculine card. I wanted to use the new DSP I had bought in the 15% off sale and the reason for buying In Good Taste DSP was for masculine projects. I love the neutral colour pallet and the natural looking images. I think this DSP goes so well with the Positive Thought stamp set and Dies.

Old Fashioned Whiskey Card

Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator

Thank you for visiting my blog, I really do appreciate it and hope you like the project and will take a look at the video tutorial as well.  I really enjoyed making these cards. I have 3 Whiskey fans in my family, Ed and our 2 boys, so I just had to make some cards with the whiskey decanter and a glass of whiskey. I used Stampin' Blends to colour the whiskey and the glass, ice and decanter. I teamed it up with the lovely plaid from Plaid Tidings and embossed with Tasteful Textiles.

The Project Share 22nd October

Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator

Nigezza Creates Project Share Stampin Up!

Thank you so much for visiting my blog today, it's Thursday so it's time for another Project Share.  Every Thursday I chose a project from 3 of my crafty friends. From the left we have Jill aka Paper Daisy Crafting, Verity aka Inkybutterfly, me and Heather aka Stamp with Nellie.

Heather from Stamp With Nellie

The Project Share 22nd October

Heather has made these great desk top calendars with a handy post it pad.  I made similar a few years ago but Heather has adapted my design so it can go flatter for posting. I love her choice of DSP, my current favourite.

You can take a closer look at this project by clicking here :-)

Verity from Inkybutterfly

The Project Share 22nd October

Love this technique, so simple, so clever, so stunning. Love the autumn colours and I love this stamp set.

Jill from Paper Daisy Crafting

The Project Share 22nd October

Jill has reminded me how much I love this DSP. The images on it are just stunning and as Jill shows they just require a sentiment and there you have a beautiful card.

I hope you have enjoyed these projects and have visited the blogs. I will be back tomorrow with another  project, until then ...

Happy Crafting!
