Craft Fair Idea: A5 Covered Note Pad & Pen

Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator

Thank you so much for visiting my blog today, I really hope you like my project. I am currently making things both for craft fairs and also for an Aunts 80th Birthday. I first decided to make this covered pad for my friend who is a head teacher, I had given her a very small notepad with a pen and she said that A5 was a more useful size for her. I will be making more f this design for presents and for the craft fair. Quite quick and easy to put together.

Measurements and Materials

Powder Pink A4 Cardstock

For the back 8 1/4" x 6"
Strip to hold pad 8" x 2 1/4"
Score on the long side @ 7/8" and 1" on each end
Front of pad 8 1/4" x 8 1/4"
Score on one side @ 1 3/8" 1 3/4" 2 1/8"
Inside Pocket 6 7/8" x 4
Score on long side @ 3/8" and 1/2" from each end
Score on short side @ 1/2"
Mat for the topper 3 1/2" x 3 1/2"
Scrap for the scallop oval to mat the sentiment

Whisper White A4 Card Stock

Mat for back 6 1/4" x 8 1/8"
Mat for the front 5 3/4" x 8"
Mat for the pocket 3 1/2" x 5"
Mat for the toper 3 1/4" x 3 1/4"
