Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator
Hi everyone, I am here today with another DT challenge from #stampinforall. This is not my challenge I am just joining in. This challenge is 'Christmas in July'. I know its now August! lol Last week we also had a team challenge over on the Pootles Team group to CASE another demo. SO this project killed 2 birds with one stone plus it gives me another Christmas card for my stash :-)
Measurements and Materials
- Cherry Cobbler A4 Card Stock
- Card base - cut in half and scored in half - folded 5 7/8" x 4 1/8"
- Flower Die cut
- Old Olive A4 Card Stock
- Mat 5 5/8" x 3 7/8"
- 3 leaves Die cuts
- Whisper White A4 Card Stock
- Mat 5 3/8" x 3 5/8"
- Cherry Cobbler Classic Stampin' Pad
- To stamp the Happy Christmas sentiment
- Old Olive Classic Stampin' Pad
- To stamp the leaves
- Soft Suede Classic Stampin' Pad
- To stamp the bird
- Neutrals Stampin' Write Markers
- I used the Basic Gray to water colour the Robins chest feathers
- Regals Stampin' Write Markers
- I used the Cherry Cobbler to water colour the Red breast of the robin
- Linen Thread
- wound around the embossed section of the Whisper White mat
- Petal Pair Textured Impressions Embossing Folders
- Used to emboss the left hand side of the Whisper White Mat
- 1-1/2" Circle Punch
- To punch the sentiment out that has been stamped on
- 1-3/4" Circle Punch
- Punch out in Old Olive
- Layering Circle Framelits Dies
- Scallop circle cut from Cherry Cobbler
- Support Ribbon Framelits
- Cut out 3 leaves in Old Olive and a flower in Cherry Cobbler
- Pop Of Petals Stamp Set
- The leaf stamp was used to stamp in Old Olive, full strength then twice more without re-inking to create some interest
- Better Together Stamp Set
- Happy Christmas Stamp

I love this Gez, I think that you have CASEd the other card really well and made it your own with the Petal Palette bird etc. I have been thinking of what stamp set to use for your sketch challenge and you have jogged my memory that I have this stamp set (Petal Palette) and i haven't used it in a while. So thank you little Robin for helping me out there. TFS :O) xxx
