Thank you for joining me today to read about the project I did with my Great Nephew William aged 7. William and his little brother Henry have been staying with me for their annual holiday in Yorkshire all the way from Plymouth in Devon. We have had lots of fun seeing the sights and William wanted to do some crafting with me so I suggested he help me with one of my videos. He was so excited to do this and knew exactly what he wanted to make.

Measurements and Materials

To decorate this photo album I let William chose paper from my retired collection.

Basic Black A4 Card Stock

Cover: 7" x 6 1/2"
You need 2 of these
Score @ 1/2" on long side
Waterfall pieces: 6 1/4" x 4 3/4"
You need 8 of these
Catch for waterfall: 8" x 2"
Score on Long side @ 4"
You need 2 of these
Belly Band: 9" x 3/4"
Score on long side @ 6 1/2" - 7"

Starburst Punch

To punch the glimmer paper for the closure
2 were used

2" Circle Punch

1 was punched out of glimmer paper for the closure

Card Stock mats for front and back cover

I used Island Indigo as I have a whole pack to use up!
6 1/4" x 6 1/4"

Front and back cover is 6" x 6"
Top of waterfalls 6" x 4"
Bottom of waterfalls 6" x 4 1/2'
Catch 3 3/4" x 1 3/4"

I really enjoyed making this with William and I hope you enjoyed watching. This is a very simple quick littler photo album that as you can see is suitable for all abilities :-)
