I love the effect of heat embossing, when I saw this stamp set Snowflake Sentiments, I knew I wanted to heat emboss the snowflakes in silver. The size is perfect for this box and I think looks really effective, and its really easy to make too.
I used Whisper White card stock and silver embossing powder with VersaMark.
Card stock measures 8 1/4 x 5 1/2 - this means you can make 2 from one sheet of A4
Sore on long side @ 1 7/8 - 3 3/4 - 5 5/8 - 7 1/2
Score on short side @ 1 7/8 - 3 3/4 - 5

|The snow flakes were embossed in the middle section, ensuring that they are centred in each square.|
|Score lines were burnished and cuts were made as shown in the picture.|
|The box is assembled and holes are punched - I use a crop-a-dile|
|The ribbon was threaded through the holes and tied in a bow|
