I have been making some lovely faux vintage frames uing the die set I recently got for an inspiration station at a team event. The die set is Desert Details dies, when I saw the frames in this set I just knew I could make some vintage frames with them, I am so pleased they turned out as good as I thought they would. The foiled speciality paper that comes in the same suite also adds to the vintage look, giving the impression of a distressed gold frame. Using Crumb Cake card stock and distressing gives a simpler vintage feel. Using the stamp set and clever masking adds another frame. Now I have some toppers for journals ready to go and a few faux cabinet cards that double as journaling cards.
