Jill & Gez Go Crafting with Stampin Up 2nd March



Just in case you are new to my blog let me introduce Jill (Paper Daisy Crafting) she is on the right of this photo (I am on the left). She has a lovely Blog which I am sure you will want to check out.


It is great to have Jill back in the craft room and her break has really done her good. I was very lucky to catch up with her last week as she lives just 5 miles from where my son has just moved to. I can see us meeting up more often now as I will be visiting James as often as I can. 

As the UK is experiencing a very long heatwave and today and tomorrow we shall see unprecedented temperatures which has prompted the first ever red heat related weather warning for the country, I thought I would cool things down by showcasing some snowflake projects! 

Project 1

I am starting off with this lovely simple stamping card. How 'cool' does this look? Is this bring the temperature down for you?! lol!




Project 2

Next we have another beautiful snowflake made using the matching die set to the stamp set used in the first card. I love the embossing folder used in the back ground ... might have to add that to my next shopping list! I do hope this is lowering the temperature for you!


Project 3

Finally I have picked one of my favourite snowflake projects that Jill made last year. I am sure this can be replicated using the new Frosted Flurry Dies. These would look lovely on your Christmas tree.  Hopefully you are now feeling very chilled out!
