Ink Stamp Share November Blog Hop: Christmas Tree Decoration

Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator

Thank you for visiting my blog, I really do appreciate it. Today I am taking part in the Ink. Stamp. Share blog hop. You may have arrived here from Tracie, welcome, I am Gez & I am a UK based Stampin' Up! demonstrator. The theme of this months blog hop is Christmas Tree Decoration. I have always wanted to make this tree dec, I first saw it about 3 years ago made by Mixed Up Crafts. I thought it looked amazing and quite complicated, but still want4ed to give it a go. I have never got around to it so this theme gave me the perfect opportunity to make it. I have added some foil sheets to mine which I think really adds a bit of 'wow' and luxury to the bauble.

    • Punch a small hole in the squares that have not been scored in at one end only
      • See template
      • It is important that the hole is in the centre point so you can draw a cross to help you
  • Cut 1" x 1" squares in the Brightly Gleaming DSP - 18 of them
  • Cut 1" x1" squares of Copper Foil - 8 of them
    • Mark 1/2" on one side and cut from opposite corner to this point and repeat
    • You now have a large triangle and 2 smaller triangles
