Stamping INKspirations March Blog Hop - Technique Challenge - Die Cutting

I am hopping with the Stamping Inkspirations blog hop today. It has been a wile since I joined in. The theme this month is a technique challenge and it is die cutting. I recently did a showcase of the Desert Delight suite at a team event and I made this card. It has many dies from the Desert Details die set. There is a leave in die that gives you some lovely holes that add a little something different to your project. A border die that I have used under the sentiment to add a nice accent. A die that forms a focal point in the spine of the book fold card. I have also inked the card stock while the die was still in place to create another point of interest on the card. I also added ink with a blending brush to pick out the detials in the embossing on the border die.

Stamping INKspirations December Blog Hop - Sounds of the Season

I am hopping with the Stamping Inkspirations Blog Hop and the theme is Sounds Of The Season. I have been singing Oh Christmas Tree since i put up my tree and other decorations. So I have used this as the inspiration for these cards. A simple die cut tree a matching frame and some tartan ink blending in the background. 

Measurements and Materials

• Card base 
• Half a standard sheet
• 8 1/4" x 5 7/8"
• Score @ 4 1/8" on the long side
• US size card - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2
• Score @ 4 1/4"
• Metric 21cm x 14.5cm
• Score @ 10.5cm

Stamping INKspirations August Blog Hop - Blending Technique Challenge

I am hopping with the Stamping Inkspirations blog hop and the theme is blending. I do love using my blending brushed with my inks and I especially like creating a vintage look with this method.  I made this card and then decided to make some tags in a similar way. I have used the stamp set in the Wonderful World bundle which is free during Sale-A-Bration. I have also used an embossing folder and used the blending brushes and ink on this as well which is another great way to blend inks.
