Alternative Cards With Bouquet Of Hope

Welcome to my blog, thank you for joining me today 😀

Today I am making alternative projects with the Paper Pumpkin Kit Bouquet Of Hope. This is currently on the clearance rack for £10 which is 50% off the original selling price. In my video I do an unboxing as well as make 2 cards out of the supplies for just one card. In the box you get everything you need to make 9 cards, it also includes a stamp set and an ink spot of Mossy Meadow. So after you have made the cards in the kit you will have these to use on other projects. I do love these kits for taking on holiday as. I do like to craft when I am away and as they contain everything you need they are really handy. Also great for cards in a hurry, presents for crafty friends or beginner crafters.

Measurements and Materials

  • Card base 
    • 8 1/4" x 5 1/2"
    • Score @ 4 1/8" on the long side
    • US size card - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2
    • Score @ 4 1/4"

Joy To The World Treat Holders

Thank you for visiting my blog, I really do appreciate it. Today I am bringing you the tutorial for the treat holders I made for the 3D Paper Trimmer Blog Hop. This month the theme was Christmas Comes Fast!  I cannot believe it is almost December. What a year this has been, despite having loads of time at home I am sure you will appreciate some quick Christmas makes. Well I have for you some quick simple treat holders that would look great on your Christmas table, as a gift for coworkers, teacher gift or just for the kids. I have used the very lovely Paper Pumpkin Kit which for a change is available globally and what a kit it is. I love it. I have made these treat holders out of one of the card bases but of course you could use any card stock or foiled paper you have.

Measurements and Materials

  • The foiled section of the card base was cut into 2 x 2" strips
  • I made 2 different size tags 
    • One would hold a chocolate coin or similar, I had some Elizabeth Shaw 
    • The other was wider and I fitted a small pack of love hearts but you could also put a Hershey Nugget or 2 in it
  • To achieve the 2 sizes 
    • Score @ 2 1/2" from each end on the long side
    • Score @ 2 1/4" from each end on the long side
  • Each end was then punched with a tag topper punch
  • The flower image was heat embossed on the back of the card base
  • Each was then die cut 
    • I used the Layering circles for one
    • I used the Little Treat Box does for the other
  • They was fastened using some Crumb Cake and gold ribbon
  • Quick & Easy

Joy To The World Paper Pumpkin

Thank you for visiting my blog today. I am so excited for the release of the Joy To The World Paper Pumpkin kit from Stampin' Up! . It is being released on November 3rd. That's tomorrow! Normally only North America & parts of Canada get these kits but this one is being released globally. I cannot wait to et my hands on this kit. It was released last month in the US so I have watched unboxings so I do know what is in it. Normally as a demonstrator we can order things early but sadly not this time. 


Joy To The World Paper Pumpkin

Materials

Kit contains enough supplies to create eight cards—four each of two designs—and coordinating envelopes.
  • Card size: 5-7/8 x 4-1/8 (14.9cm x 10.47cm)
  • Envelope size: 6-3/8 x 4-7/16 (16.19cm x 11.27cm)
  • Coordinating Colours: Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, Just Jade, Soft Sea Foam

Other contents:

  • An exclusive stamp set you won’t find anywhere else!
  • One Classic Stampin’ Spot
  • Paper and crafting materials including card bases, die-cut pieces, embellishments, and adhesive.

The Joy to the World Kit includes die-cut sentiment pieces in English, French, and German. This will allow you to create cards you can use to connect with other customers around the world—in their language! 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Kit does NOT  include a clear stamping block.
