Last week I watched Julie from Camielia Craft Designs make this amazing one sheet wonder with 4 pockets. I just had to have a go myself.  I made a prototype and then for the video I did a steampunk themed one. So much fun to make.

Trash To Treasure Ephemera Holder

DO you have lots of fussy cuts? I have them all over my craft room in different containers and I really wanted to have them all in one place. So after trying several different things I was just about to give up hope of finding a solution. Then I bought a stamp album from a charity shop. It is amazing and has all these pockets made from see through paper. I did look to buy another new but they were £20+ so I decided to make one! I have used a cook book I got from the charity shop (it was one we already owned so trash to us! I collected lots of cereal liners and got my huge supply of brown paper packaging. A bit of time and a bit of sewing and voila I have what I had been looking for. I love it.

Tab Punch Hack - Use Border Punch & Corner Punch

I was having a play today with scraps and came up with these quick tabs. I used strips that were 2 1/2" wide and folded them in half and punched with a border punch the bottom (not the folded end) then I cut them up and used a corner chomper to make tab tops.  I thought this would be a quick easy hack for the much sort after retired Stampin' Up! punch that makes the rounded tabs, often called the whale tail punch.

Teabag Journal Finishing Off - Policy Envelopes, Sewing in Signature & A Flip Through

Here I am with the final part of my teabag cover journal. I have loved putting this together and it has been pretty quick as I used clusters that I have previously made in a mass make. So in this video I make the policy envelopes for inside the cover and I sew in the signatures and add a closure. Finally to do a flip through so we get to see the journal in all all it's glory!
