Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop - Step It Up

Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator

Thank you for visiting my blog, I really do appreciate it. Today I am hopping with the Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop and the theme is step it up. So I have made 3 versions of a similar card to show how you can 'step it up' by using extra product.  I am using the fun DSP Penguin Playmates that is FREE with a £45 order during August and September as part of Stampin' Up! Sale-A-Bration. The first card is card Stock, Paper, Ink and a few rhinestones, then I added a punch and some layering and finally I added some dies, heat embossing and fussy cutting.

Measurements and Materials

  • All card bases are half a standard sheet of card stock.
    • UK A4 8 1/4" x 5 7/8"
    • Score in half @ 4 1/8"
  • Mats are 1/4" smaller giving a 1/8" border
    • 3 7/8" x 5 5/8"
    • 3 5/8" x 5 3/8"
  • For the mats on the first 2 cards they were trimmed @ 2" and this section was turned over to give the dotty bottom layer
