Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator
Thank you for visiting my blog, I really do appreciate it. This is the second blog of the day that is because it is the first of the month so I am on the Stamp Around UK video hop. I do hope that you will click on the video and go and view the rest of the group. We are all UK Stampin' Up! demonstrators and this month we are all showcasing DSP (designer series paper). I got the idea for this box from a gift I received from Caroline of Crafty Caroline Creates who was my up-line. The gift box held a Stampin' Up! ribbon reel so is a good size for other gifts. I love that it is lined with the same beautiful DSP on the inside and has a lip so looks like a book. I also love the ribbon fastening as well. I have changed a couple of things from the original.
Measurements and Materials
- Box wrap - Old Olive card stock
- 3 1/2" x 8"
- Score on long side @ 3 1/2" from each end
- Box base - Old Olive card stock
- 5 1/4" x 5 1/4"
- Score @1" on all 4 sides
- Box lining - Ornate Garden Speciality DSP
- 5 3/16" x 5 3/16"
- Score @1" on all 4 sides
- The trim just the smallest bit off each side
- Gold foil mats for the box
- 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" (x1)
- 3 1/4" x 7/8" (x1)
- 3 1/8" x 7/8" (x3)
- DSP mats for the box
- 3 1/8" x 3/4" (x1)
- 3" x 3/4" (x3)
- Old olive ribbon
- Aprox 21"
