Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator
Thank you so much for visiting my blog today, I really hope you like my project. I don't know abut you but I always like to add something special to my Christmas table and this year is no different but to be different I have made cutlery holders for the first time.
Measurements and Materials
Product List
- Cherry Cobbler A4 Card Stock
- 8 1/4" x 8 1/4"
- Mark on one side using the score tool on your trimmer 1 1/2" & 5 1/2"
- Trim off section from the 1 1/2" mark to the point of the square
- Flip card stock over
- Make a 1/4 Turn
- Mark again this new side at 1 1/2" & 5 1/2"
- Trim off section from the 1 1/2" mark to the point of the square
- The score from each 5 1/2" point to the same opposite point of the square
- Fold over the flaps and glue in place
- you will have a natural curve opening
- Trim about an 1/2" off the bottom
- Fold up 1/" to the back and glue in place
- That is the cutlery holder made now to decorate
- Festive Farmhouse 12" X 12" (30.5 X 30.5 Cm) Designer Series Paper
- 6" x 2"
- 6" x 1"
- The mall strip is turned over so they compliment each other when layered up
- this is then secured around the centre of the cutlery holder
- 5/8" (1.6 Cm) Striped Burlap Trim
- 12" approximately
- Ties in a knot around the center
- Joyous Noel 6" X 6" Glimmer Paper
- I cut 2 sprigs in the Merry Merlot
- I cut 2 sprigs in the copper
- these were cured under the knot
- Sprig Punch
- Used to punch out the glimmer paper
