The Project Share Project #24

Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator 

Thank you so much for visiting my blog today, its Thursday so I am here with another  Project Share.  From the left we have Jill aka Paper Daisy Crafting, Verity aka Inkybutterfly, me (dreadful picture of me) and Heather aka Stamp with Nellie.


I have chosen 3 projects for you,   I am sure you will enjoy them all.

Heather from Stamp With Nellie

Heather has made this really cute box using the lovely Mosaic Mood Designer Series Paper. The box is designed to hold a Yankee votive candle. Teaming this DSP with Mint Macaron is the perfect combo I think. Love it.

Verity from Inkybutterfly  

I love this Clean & Simple card. I also love carnations as they remind me of my mum, they were her favourite flowers especially red and white ones as they were in her wedding bouquet. Verity designed this card so the flower was the focal point. I love the the way she has used the stitched rectangles, they really make the card pop.

Jill from Paper Daisy Crafting

Jill has used the new Above the Clouds stamp set and matching punch for this card. I won this set in a team challenge and have yet to use it. I love the way the ballon stamps a variation of ink as it really gives the impression of the roundness of the ballon. I also love how the pinch is a duo one and will punch out the basket as well as the balloon. I can see me using the clouds for several projects. It is what we call in my family a Simpson's sky!

Jill & Gez Go Crafting #13

Thank you for joining me today for the 11th Project Share of the year with Jill AKA Paper Daisy Crafting.  Every other Wednesday I will choose 3 projects from my crafty mate Jill and share them with you.  I really hope you go and visit her blog and watch her videos on YouTube. I have picked 3 amazing projects to share with you, I am sure you will love them too :-)

Just in case you are new to my blog let me introduce Jill she is on the left of this photo (I am on the right). She has a lovely Blog which I am sure you will want to check out once you see the projects I have chosen to show you.

Project 1

Jill made this card for a team card swap. I love the look of the daisy which Jill created by layering 3 punched daisies, I would never have thought of ding that but it is sooo effective.  I also love the stitched shape, this is definitely on my wish list.

Project 2

Jill used one of my favourite suites to create this card. She made it for her daughter and had bought her a sewing machine so was the perfect card to go with this present.

Project 3 

I love the water colouring in this card. Jill created this by using Wink of Stella, by using this on the stamped flower it provides the liquid needed to pull some of the colour from the ink and also adds a shimmer. The lovely stitched label die adds an extra special sentiment to the card as well.

Daisy Lane Hand Stamped Gift Box

Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator 

Thank you for visiting my blog, I really do appreciate it and hope you like the project and will take a look at the video tutorial as well.  Today I have a gift box for you using the gorgeous Purple Posy in colour. I have teamed it up with the lovely Daisy Lane stamp set and the new medium daisy punch. 

Measurements and Materials

• Box base
• Purple Posy card stock 4 1/2" x 4 1/2"
• Score @ 1" on all 4 sides
• Reinforced Box lid
• Thick Whisper White card stock 5 9/16" x 5 9/16"
• Stamp all over with the daisy stamp and Purple Post ink
• Score @ 3/4" & 1 1/2" on all 4 sides
• Decorating the lid
• Stamp 'Smile' from the Daisy Lane stamp set on a scrap of Whisper White with Purple Posy ink
• Punch out using the Timeless Label punch
• Punch another Label with Purple Posy card stock
• Cut this in half to mat the sentiment
• Stamp 2 of the smaller Daisy rom the Daisy Lane stamp set on a scrap of Whisper White with Purple Posy ink
• Punch out using the Medium Daisy punch

Spot Light on the Brand New Stampin' Up!® Designer Series Paper

Thank you for visiting my blog, I really do appreciate it and hope you like my little spot light on the Designer Series Paper. Each suite in the catalogue has a pack of paper to go with it that coordinates with the stamp sets and other elements in the suite, punches, dies, embellishments, ribbons and of course our colour families with the inks and card stock. Using all these coordinating elements together with make your projects have the perfect finish.
