Ink, Stamp. Share. Blog Hop: New 2020 Stampin' Up! Catalogue

Thank you for visiting my blog, I really do appreciate it. Today I am bringing you the  Ink. Stamp. Share blog hop and I welcome you if you have just 'hopped' here from Jo Blackman's blog. This month the theme is a Sneak Peek of the new Stampin' Up! annual catalogue which goes live on June 3rd. I am sure you are going to be really excited about seeing all these new products that we will be showing you. I have chosen to use the Field Of Flowers bundle. This is a beautiful floral stamp set with lovely sentiments and a coordinating punch.

Measurements and Materials

  • Thick Whisper White card base
    • 8 1/4" x 5  7/8" - Score @ 4 1/8"
    • 14.5cm x 21cm - Score @ 10.5cm
  • I punched the flower border into the card then I cut some flowers using the punch out of Mint Macaron card stock and stuck them onto the inside of the card using the punch outed space as a guide creating a peak through effect. 
  • Simple stamping used on the card from and some pearls to decorate that were coloured with Pretty Peacock blends

    Craft Storage Or A Long Gift Box: Lovely Labels Pick A Punch Strips Storage

    Thank you for visiting my blog, I really do appreciate it and hope you like the project and will take a look at the video tutorial as well. I have been playing with new product from my preorder as well as using up mu DSP that is retiring on Wednesday. I have loved making labels and tags with the Lovely Labels Pick A Punch. In doing so I have have created some 1/2", 3/4" & 1" extenders for punching small tags, some chip board strips for use with the Stamparatus and lots of strips for layering and making tags and labels. So I needed somewhere to keep them as I was always losing them on my desk ...well that's not really surprising! I came up with this box and of course I had to decorate it with some really beautiful paper as I will be using this for quite some time.

    Measurements and Materials


    • Thick Whisper White 11" x 8"
      • Score on long side @ 1" from each end
      • Score on short side @ 1" - 3 1/2" - 4 1/2" - 7"
    • Box liner - See A Silhouette DSP
      • 4 1/2" x 9" (take 1/16th off each side)
      • Score on the short side @ 1 1/4" from each end
      • Fold in half length ways 
    • Mats in Night of Navy
      • 8 3/4" x2 1/4" (x2)
      • 8 3/4" x 3/4" (x2)
      • 2 1/4" x 3/4" (x2)
    • Mats in See A Silhouette DSP
      • 8 1/2" x 2" (x2)
      • 8 1/2" x 1/2" (x2)
      • 2" x 1/2" (x2)
    • I decorated the top of the box with stamped and die cut elements from Follow your art
    • I used the Lovely Labels Pick A Punch to layer the label
      • Each layer is cut 1/2" bigger than each other
      • This allows for the 1/8" that is cut off each end when it is punch and give 1/8" border at each end

      Thank you so much for visiting my blog today, it's Thursday so it's time for another Project Share.  Every Thursday I chose a project from 3 of my crafty friends. From the left we have Jill aka Paper Daisy Crafting, Verity aka Inkybutterfly, me and Heather aka Stamp with Nellie.

      Heather has used my favourite sheet from Woven Threads DSP. I have been saving it because I love it so much but after seeing this card I am now tempted to use it. Sympathy cards are never nice to have to make but I am suer anyone receiving this one will be comforted by it.

      I have chosen this lovely card Verity has made as it is showing off the new 2020-2022 In Colour Misty Moonlight. If you check out her blog post you will see all 5 colours. There is so much new product in this card. The punch, the DSP, the ribbon, the stamp set and the card stock.

      Lastly I am sharing the card Jill made for the InspireINK blog hop we were both on last weekend. You may remember my butterfly card I made using the sketch we were given. Like me Jill has turned the card on its side. I just love these feathers and the ribbon, it has an almost vintage feel about the card.
