I have decided to do #junkjournaljanuary2024 I have done a December Daily for the past 3 years but did not keep one this year so it seems appropriate to do one in January. I like that there are prompts and it is more arty than journaling.  I am hoping that this will inspire me to do more journalling so I use some of my journals and not just make them. Although there is really nothing wrong with just making them but I am one for documenting memories and it was the reason why I started making them in the first place!  I am using junk and scraps so I like that aspect of this journal.

Trash To Treasure A Cake Box Into Tags

On a recent visit to Bath I got this lovely cake box that came with a cake! Such a pretty box I just had to do something with it. A trash to treasure project, I hope you enjoy it.

Let's Make Some Vintage Music Sheet Record Sleeve

Welcome to my blog, thank you for joining me today 😀

I bought some vintage records from a charity shop because I loved the sleeves. I also bought them as joke presents so needed some new sleeves if I was going to repurpose the original ones. I was just going to make ones out of copier paper then I looked at some music sheets I had and thought I could make something very pretty that could maybe used as home decor.

I have a plan to do something with the vintage record sleeves so do look out for that in the future.

I am on a real roll with this wonderful kit from  @TracieFoxCreative  today I am turning large tags from the kit into quick simple Christmas cards. But the beautiful images make the cards complete. Just add twine and a sentiment.
