Nigezza Creates aka Gez, Independent Stampin' Up® Demonstrator
Thank you for visiting my blog and a very happy New Year to you. It is 2022! Can you believe that? I remember this time last year we were all thinking thank goodness 2020 is over this year has to be better ... well it was an improvement but still not the best. Got everything crossed for this year. What ever happens I will still be here crafting away!
Right so back to today's project. I have done a One Sheet Wonder! I made this for the video hop with Stamp Around UK. Our theme is stamping, so I did some stamping on some DSP (Designer Series Paper) and then used this to make some cards. I do have some scraps left over and did not make cards with them yet. SO far I have made 9 cards. I used some DSP and matching stamp set that is FREE in Sale-A-Bration starting Jan 4th 2022. I love how the stamps match the images on the DSP, it really gives the paper a lift and makes some lovely paper look absolutely amazing. Granny Apple Green is not my normal colour but it is nice to do something different for a change.
Measurements and Materials
- Card base
- Half a standard sheet
- 8 1/4" x 5 7/8"
- Score @ 4 1/8" on the long side
- US size card - 8 1/2" x 5 1/2
- Score @ 4 1/4"
- Metric 21cm x 14.5cm
- Score @ 10.5cm
- I used the stitched rectangle dies to cut all the mats of different sizes for the card fronts
- Each mat was framed with a card stock frame again cut using the stitched rectangles
- I used the sentiments form the stamp set
- Hello Friend sentiment was die cut with a stitched rectangle & the Birthday sentiment was die cut with the lovely label die from the Meadow dies.
- The finishing touch was the leaves that were punched out using a new punch in the Jan-June mini catalogue Bough Punch
- As these are new items and the catalogue is not yet live I am unable to link them below, if I remember I will update on the 4th Jan!
